It is an effective treatment for breaking down scar tissue and help to relieve chronic muscle tension. By using slow and firm stroke, we apply direct pressure to the affected deep layers of muscle. As this tissue massage often focuses on specific areas, it can sometimes cause soreness during and for a short period after treatment but this all part of the natural healing process.
